Everything produced so far. Each is a standalone page that can be forwarded on.

Work running across every site

These carry from one site to the next, so each additional site costs less than the last.

Plugin audit and removal
Every plugin is checked for actual use — displaying content, handling a form, or serving search — before anything is removed. Nothing goes on the assumption that unused means inactive.
Performance and accessibility
Page speed and accessibility are measured before and after. Beyond the visitor experience, accessibility work reduces exposure to accessibility-related legal claims.
Licence register
Every paid plugin is recorded per site, with the recommendation that each client holds their own licence in their own account — so no one is paying for another client's subscription, and nothing is orphaned again.
Cookie consent replacement
A single in-house cookie banner, built once and reusable across all eight sites, replacing a per-site paid subscription. Now live on Rubino Ryder and verified to switch analytics off before Google’s tracking code loads. Rolls out to the remaining sites as access is granted.
Tracking under consent control
Advertising and analytics scripts are now withheld until a visitor agrees, rather than running the moment the page opens. On Friends of Forman this cut the page weight by 45% for visitors who decline — the privacy fix and the speed fix turned out to be the same job.
Search visibility at launch
Each site is hidden from Google while it sits on a temporary address, so it cannot compete with the real site as a duplicate — and switched back on at go-live. Several sites were found open to indexing; this is now checked as standard.
Content re-sync & server migration
Where a live site had been updated after its original copy was taken, the current content — recent posts, pages and media — is re-migrated onto the cleaned copy so nothing added in the meantime is lost. Done for Huntington's Disease Foundation and Rubino Ryder. Dr. Renee Comizio's cleaned site has also now been moved onto the new server, ready for go-live.
Page-builder decisions
Each site's editing tool is assessed on its own merits — sometimes buying the licence is simply cheaper than rebuilding, and that is said plainly when it is the case.

What is holding things up

Server access on the final account

Seven of the eight accounts have been reached and completed. Only one remains — each site is a separate hosting account, opened one at a time.

Warmi Imports is the last site waiting on its account being opened up. Once its access key is authorised, it follows the same process as the other seven.
