Several of these sites run paid, commercial plugins that were licensed under the previous developer's accounts. Those licenses are now orphaned — the plugins keep working, but stop receiving updates (including security patches). This register lists what each site runs, so each organization can license what it needs in its own account.
A paid plugin running on an expired or third-party license still functions — but it no longer updates. Over time that means unpatched security holes and eventual breakage. The fix is straightforward: each site's owner buys its own license, in its own account, so nothing depends on a former developer and every plugin stays current.
Redundant paid tools have been removed outright (caching, backup, and a cookie-banner subscription), and where a free equivalent does the job it was substituted. What remains below is genuinely in use and worth licensing.
Prices are approximate annual figures and should be confirmed at purchase — some are one-time, some bundle together, and nonprofits often qualify for discounts.

The forms engine (and its Constant Contact / Mailchimp connectors) runs everywhere. A single higher-tier Gravity Forms license can cover multiple sites, so this is worth deciding once rather than per site.
Several sites share this page-builder + slider combination. Their licenses are lifetime / theme-bundled and carry over with the sites — already active, so no purchase is needed. They continue to receive updates as-is.
Two sites (HD Foundation, Summit Park Line) are built on the Ultimatum theme framework — a legacy, largely unmaintained layout engine. It works today, but it can't be updated meaningfully and can't be removed without rebuilding those sites. Not urgent, but it's the item most worth planning around for the future.
On HD Foundation this is an ongoing subscription service (workplace-giving matching), separate from the WordPress plugins. Worth confirming the account and billing are in the foundation's name.
